The Friendly Frog
By the pond, a frog does leap,
In a suit of green.
Hopping high and diving deep,
Such a lively scene.
He croaks a tune to friends nearby,
A melody so sweet.
With lily pads beneath the sky,
A perfect place to meet.
With a hop and with a splash,
He dances on the water.
The friendly frog enjoys his days,
In the pond, like he oughta.
At dusk he rests on lily pads,
Beneath the stars so bright.
Dreaming of tomorrow's fun,
Until the morning light.
